In order to claim under the warranty you must provide a valid proof of purchase from one of our authorised retailers.

All Solution Fires come with a standard 2 year warranty*. Year 1 warranty cover includes parts and labour. Year 2 warranty cover includes parts only. Any fire purchased outside of our authorised dealer network will carry a 1 year non-extendable warranty. 

To ensure your Solution Fire continues to operate at its optimum level you must follow the instructions within the Cleaning and Service and Maintenance sections in the user instructions.

*2 year standard warranty is valid for purchases made from 1st December 2023. Any purchase prior to 1st December 2023 comes with the standard 1 year warranty unless registered for the 2 year extended warranty. A copy of your extended warranty certificate will need to be provided for any warranty claim.
