Does my Solution Electric Fire come with a warranty?
All Solution Fires come with a standard 2 warranty – year one covers parts and labour, year two covers parts only. The standard 2 year warranty requires no registration.
For added peace of mind, we offer a 5 Year Platinum Warranty Plan for £99. To apply for extended warranty, you must register your fire on our website within 60 days of the purchase date. Any fires registered after this period will carry the standard 2 year warranty. To extend your warranty, please click here.
Any fire purchased outside of our authorised dealer network will carry a 1 year non-extendable warranty. For full warranty terms and conditions please click here.
