The Solution fires range is available to purchase from your local Solution retailer, each of our Premier Dealers will have a range of Solution products on display. Does my Solution fire come with a warranty?

All Solution Fires come with a standard 1 year parts and labour warranty extendable to 2 years on registration.

Any fire purchased outside of our authorised dealer network will carry a 1 year non-extendable warranty. To activate your extended warranty, you must register your fire on our website within one month of the purchase date. Any fires registered after this period will carry a 1 year non-extendable warranty. For full details of our warranty please click here.
